Billing Options

Billing Frequency

When you sign up for a paid plan, you have the option to be billed on an Annual or Monthly basis.

Monthly Billing

If you elect to enroll in monthly billing, Spreadsheet.com will charge your credit card once a month on the day you began your plan. If you add additional users in the middle of your billing cycle, your card on file will be charged for those users on your regular billing date.

Annual Billing

If you elect to enroll in annual billing, Spreadsheet.com will charge your credit card once a year on the day you began your plan. Note that annual billing will result in the entire year’s subscription cost being charged on the day you begin your plan. Like monthly billing, if you add additional users in the middle of your billing cycle, your card on file will be charged for those users on your regular billing date.

In addition to adding licensed users mid-billing cycle, you can remove licensed users from your workspace at any time as well. If you remove a licensed user mid-billing cycle, you will receive a prorated workspace credit equal to the number of days left in the removed user’s billing period that can be used to pay for new users or applied to future billing cycles for existing users.

Invoicing

Most Spreadsheet.com accounts can only be paid via credit card. However, some large workspaces may be eligible for invoice payment. Invoice billing is only available for annual plans and workspaces with the following number of users:

  • Standard Plan: 100+ licensed users
  • Premium Plan: 50+ licensed users
  • Enterprise Plan: 15+ licensed users

If your account meets one of these criteria and you would prefer to pay via invoice, please contact support@spreadsheet.com.
